Video Production Equipment

Choosing the right equipment

When choosing your video equipment you must strike the right balance between productivity, affordability, the running cost and the type of projects you'll be using it for. There's no point in investing in an 8K RED camera if you don't plan a big feature film production, for example. The goal is to build a core set that is portable, reliable, and that gives you different filming options on set, equipment that's not overpriced or hype but at the same time will constantly produce excellent video and audio quality for any project, you're working on. If you feel the need, you can always hire some additional pieces of equipment for a particular job too.
